4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

We may update product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we have confirmed the order.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable
• there is an error in product information or pricing

• we are unable to deliver to the provided address

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our Shipping & Returns page where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to supplier processing, courier delays, customs, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to deliver goods within 30 days of order confirmation.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Returns and cancellations

Customers buying online usually have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item.

After telling us that you want to cancel, you usually have another 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and where possible in the original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For hygiene reasons, items used on the body, including shower cloths and similar personal-care products, may not be returnable once used or opened, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

Discount codes cannot usually be combined unless clearly stated.
